Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland

Big Sisters is committed to enhancing the confidence, self esteem and well being of children and youth through supportive friendships with caring women. For over 40 years they have helped young girls realize their individual potential by pairing them with a positive adult role model.
On October 27, 2005, Big Sisters held their 15th Annual Auction and Dinner - "Diva Las Vegas". Chandler Development Group contributed to the silent auction and assisted in raising over $92,000 for this great charity.
1994B Richmond Islanders Softball Team

The Richmond Islanders softball team plays approximately 70 games a season in venues throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley; they also participate in 4-5 tournaments where they compete against the best teams from British Columbia and beyond.
Mark Chandler believes in supporting his community. The Richmond Islanders team has been able to purchase some much needed equipment, team clothing, extra skills training, travel needs and cover most of their 2006 expenses through Mark's support.

Kids Up Front

The Kids Up Front Foundation provides a safe environment for children to learn and explore the world around them. Children are mentored by caring adults who teach them about the world around them by setting boundaries for healthy exploration in a safe environment.
Chandler Development Group participated in the "Kids Up Front" charity golf tournament, which was held on June 23, 2005 in Furry Creek, B.C. This fun and exciting tournament helped raise over $13,000 for the Kids Up Front Foundation.
Dystonia Medical Research Foundation

Dystonia is a debilitating movement disorder which robs men, women and children of the ability to control their own bodies. It is the third most common movement disorder after Parkinson's disease and Tremor, affecting more than 300,000 people in North America and Canada. The Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, founded in 1976 by Samuel and Frances Belzberg after their daughter was diagnosed, is committed to advancing medical research, promoting awareness and education, and supporting affected individuals and families.
Mark Chandler, the Chairman's Leadership Council's newest member, made a contribution to assist in raising funds for the medical research needed to find a cure.
